Kevin P. Noll grew up in Chicago's western suburbs and joined Foote, Mielke, Chavez & O'Neil, LLC in 2014. Mr. Noll counsels and represents employees in a variety of employment litigation matters including discrimination (based on age, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion and sexual orientation), sexual harassment, Family Medical Leave Act and retaliation claims. In addition, Mr. Noll counsels and represents employees in wage and hour claims, including claims arising out of the Fair Labor Standards Act, Illinois Minimum Wage Law and the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act. Mr. Noll has experience representing employees in front of administrative agencies (the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Illinois Department of Labor) and state and federal courts. The services offered by Mr. Noll range from the review of a severance package, to representation at an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission mediation, to legal representation in federal court.

In addition to his employment law focus, Mr. Noll is experienced in representing clients in consumer class actions, mass torts, complex commercial litigation, and qui tam/false claims matters. As such, Mr. Noll works alongside a national team of lawyers that represent various states, Attorney General offices, and Underground Storage Tank Funds in ongoing investigations, mediations, and litigations against major oil companies in efforts to collect improper payments obtained by the oil companies.

Mr. Noll is a member of the Kane County Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and American Association for Justice. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
