Todd McPencow

Todd McPencow joined Foote, Mielke, Chavez & O’Neil, LLC, in 2016. Mr. McPencow graduated cum laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law (“NIU”) in 2015 after graduating from DePaul University in 1994.

Prior to joining Foote, Mielke, Chavez and O’Neil, LLC, Mr. McPencow worked for Stern & Associates and The Greenberg Law Firm. Mr. McPencow also volunteered at NIU’s Health Advocacy Clinic at Hesed House in Aurora where he assisted the guests of Hesed House with Social Security Disability claims and power of attorneys. During law school, Mr. McPencow was an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 Intern at the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he handled a variety of criminal matters.

Prior to deciding to follow his life-long goal of becoming an attorney, Mr. McPencow worked in retail for Build-A-Bear Workshop, The Disney Store and Harley Davidson Gear Store. Mr. McPencow also spent a month in Taiwan setting up a new division for a product demonstration company.

Mr. McPencow is a member of the Kane County Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

In his spare time, Mr. McPencow enjoys running and attending his son’s sport games.
