Set Forth, Inc., et al., Case No. 1:24-cv-11688, pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
The Plaintiff’s Steering Committee will play a key leadership role in coordinating litigation strategy on behalf of individuals affected by the data breach.
